For those who do not have any iOS compatible device, we are developing a android version of the IHERENOW app. In the mean time, we have all the recorded guided sessions in audio mp3 format available for use by all those participating on our courses and trainers.
Currently we have sessions available in english and swedish languages. Links below to the download locations for the mp3 files.
You will need to input the password sent to you by your local course leader. If you are apart of the courses but have not received a password, you will need to email your local course leader to request one. Please use the subject “IHERENOW Online Password” to make the process quicker. Thank you.
